Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service given to me can't fault them at all. they were great and explained everything about the car and the extended I took out great guys and would buy again from them if I needed new car .

Amazing

My old car broke so I was in need for a new one and went with Peugot 2008 at The Small Car company and the people I dealt with were amazing! I would 100% use them again in the future if I were to get another car.

Nissan Elgrande

Good customer service

Recently purchased a VW Golf. I wanted a Golf, as they are practical, reliable, and they look good. When I visited the dealership, what stood out to me was how good a condition the cars were in, and it was very busy, which means they are reliable. The customer service was also very good, and the process was quick.

Enjoying the MG

I’m really enjoying the MG, the reason I went for it was because. It’s comfortable, has a panoramic sunroof, is automatic, and has a decent-sized boot, which is what I was looking for. I drive past The Small Car Company often and just decided to pop in and have a look around. The guys were lovely and went through everything in detail

Mitsubishi Eclipse

The Mitsubishi Eclipse has been absolutely fine so far. I just needed a car and had a budget in mind, and this one caught my eye. Whilst I was at the dealership, it was honestly really, really good. I dealt with Brendan, and he was very helpful. He talked me through everything, including the warranty and all the details, which I decided to go with.

I bought a nice Nissan Qashqai from this company 27/03 2026.Dealing with Andy for a good price and got a good deal for my part Ex.He even offered to drive up to Liverpool for me , I said I would meet half way. I received a complimentary car cleaning kit.All in all a very good experience .

Excellent after sale support

I would put in a good word for Brendan who has demonstrated excellent after sale support alongside a fine vehicle. If of any note I would not hesitate to purchase from the small car company again. If they had the vehicle I was looking for now I would purchase tomorrow

All sound

Everything is sound with my Yeti, the dealership were sound too! I did notice that there was an issue with the windscreen, but as soon as I told them about this they got this sorted straight away which was something that stood out to me.

Good from start to finish

I was driving by the Small Car Company and liked the look of the Dacia. The salesperson was very good, friendly and professional. The experience was good from start to finish!

Five star experience

Rate actual initial service 10 but unfortunately have had to take the car back to them at least 6 times in four months and still ongoing back again on Monday every Monday I have off work is spent going back to the dealership so that part would be 2

Positive Experience

Getting on well with the Fiesta from The Small Car company. I liked what I saw on the Autotrader and it was a good price. I’m awful with names but the salesperson who looked after me was good no complaints, was a positive experience.

Couldn't fault it

The small car company had the Suzuki Ignis that I really wanted so I went down there and had a look, and the customer service was brilliant I couldn’t fault it. and the car is running absolutely fine. Five stars!

It was perfect!

The Ford is fine it’s all going good I like it I’m really happy, the charge of the car is really good too I only spent £20 on petrol in one month! The customer service was very well it was perfect The Small Car Company let me walk around and have a look at the car under it and everything. It was just all around good. Five stars

Welcoming and helpful

I would rate it a 5. The experience has been good and even when I've had some small problems with my car, the warranty has been very valuable and repairs have been done very quickly and professionally The guys there are always very welcoming and helpful and always go the extra mile for the customers and that always means a lot as you don't usually get that in most garages.

I love it

The Small Car Company was great they answered all my questions, i went down with my husband and the purchase was done within a week. really fast and smooth. It did have a problem, so it went back and sorted it out for me, they did provide a replacement car which wasn’t my style, but it was wheels for me aha! hopefully that’s all, I love it and hope now it lasts me. Five stars

I’d give it a ten!

The Suzuki is great, I love the car. I needed something new because my old car was giving me problems something good and reliable. The customer service was fantastic definitely. I do like the company they are prefect. I’d give it a ten! everything was perfect.

Really good

I am loving the Citroen C3. I do a lot of local driving, and it has been running well. The dealership gave me all the information I needed and took me on a test drive before the purchase. Overall, it was really good.

Exactly what I wanted

I’ve already done a lot of motorway driving with my new Golf. After driving it, it has been exactly what I wanted. The team at the dealership were really nice, and when I went to collect the car, it was spotless from top to bottom. I have to give them five full marks.

Fiat 500

Ever since I bought the Fiat 500, nothing has gone wrong. It is all working as it should, and the salesman who helped me with the purchase answered all my queries. Based on my overall experience, I would absolutely recommend the dealership.

Well deserved 10/10

I can confidently say The Small Car Company deserve 10/10 for excellent service. It was a slightly complicated sale as my Dacia needed a new battery fitting, but the chaps at the dealership got this sorted and delivered the car to me as soon as it was ready. Their communication throughout was brilliant, the car was in lovely condition when it arrived and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. They even forwarded on the service history paperwork as requested, so I've really no reason whatsoever to mark them down, Many thanks from a very happy customer ☺️

Discovery Sport

I needed something easier on my knees after a football injury, so I went for a Land Rover Discovery Sport. I knew The Small Car Company from when I used to live nearby, so when I spotted they had exactly what I wanted, I didn’t hesitate. The service was great! Honestly can’t fault them.

Lovely first car

I’m really enjoying my Audi A1 – it’s a lovely car to drive and feels well-made... perfect as a first car for a lady. The service I received was very good, and I’m happy overall. The only issue I’ve had is some excessive grinding noise from the brakes, so I’d appreciate a call to get that checked out. That aside I'm really happy and still feel like the guys deserve five stars.

Brilliant service

Living in the Isle of Wight meant I needed to get the ferry across to collect my Tiguan. The guys at Small Car Company told my finance broker they'd collect me from the ferry port which was hugely appreciated (just a shame they didn't pass the message on!) Brilliant. No pressure.

Brilliant, no hassle or pressure from Andy or his team. Popped in on Saturday. Andy and his team were very busy; never seen any like it. Loads of people looking, but they weren't fazed. Andy showed me the car I was interested in, then left me in peace to look around and take for a test drive. I was out 20 minutes. It wasn't the one, but had a chat with Andy and he had another car just come in as part exchange. Not advertised yet, so off I went again for a drive. This is it, this is the one, but no pressure, brilliant as they were so busy. Went and found Andy, had a chat. Asked to replace a handle, no problem he said. Deal done on Saturday. Handle ordered Monday, arrived Wednesday, fitted, valeted. Picked up Wednesday lunchtime. Thank you to Andy and his team. Sorry, bit of a long review, but would definitely recommend.

Very good

The van's been fine, with no issues so far. Really happy with how it’s running. Customer service was very good, no complaints there at all. The only small concern I have is not knowing when the wet belt was last changed, but everything else has been fine.

I recently bought a car from The Small Car Company. I'd been reluctant to view the car because it meant travelling a round trip of 260 miles and a whole day away from home, but they were the only dealer selling a very rare model. I phoned them and the experience was good, then took the trip to Eastleigh to view the car. it was exactly as described, and we made a deal to purchase the car, leaving a small deposit. My husband and I were discussing how to get there to pick the car up, not wanting to take our other car back there and then needing to drive 2 cars back home, but the team there quickly and happily agreed to deliver it for us 6 days later. The whole experience was extremely good, the team were friendly and good to deal with and the car was exactly as described. We are delighted!

Very professional car dealers

so the Peugeot 2008 from the road went phoned them to book an appointment went in the following day to look at the car. They were very helpful gave us all the details that we needed. We took it out for a test drive. It was everything that we were looking for so we went back and purchased the car. Everything was done and dusted within a couple of days definitely recommend The Small Car Company.

10 out of 10 for The Small Car Company! I've had the car for a little while now and other than noticing an issue with the tyre pressure sensor and the fuel cap not locking, it's going alright. I have made the dealership aware of the issues and they are looking to get them sorted.

Spot on

Everything has been good as gold with the car. I'm just waiting for some paperwork to be sent across to confirm some stuff has been done to the car that was agreed i.e. service, air-con and a few other bits. Otherwise the is great and so was the service. Spot on.

Lovely and easy

Loving the Skoda – it’s a lot bigger and I definitely made the right decision. The kids and the dog love it too, which says a lot. Andy was sound, really lovely and super chilled. He even sorted the log book for me, which was ace. I was a bit nervous at first, just in case it wasn’t what it said on the label, but when I got there, everything was as advertised. Couldn’t be happier!

Relaxed experience, any questions I had were answered, I wasn't waiting around and there wasn't ever any pushiness or pressure on the sale from any of the staff, they were all great and made it easy. I would go consider going back here in the future.

I’m really enjoying my new car, it’s a great drive and I’m very impressed with it. I was equally impressed with my experience at the dealership. It was a super easy and smooth process. I was in and out with no waiting around, and everything was handled simply and efficiently.

Polite and efficient

My wife and I were looking for a smaller car, and she searched for small cars. Funnily enough, we landed on The Small Car Company. We saw a car we liked and went to view it. I dealt with two of the team there, and both were very efficient and polite. We came back for the car a couple of days later and have been pleased with it ever since. There were a few issues, but everything was sorted efficiently and quickly, so I really can't complain.

Daughter car

I went with my daughter to get a car for her, and she is so happy with it. It’s a great little car. We can’t complain at all. It was a really nice experience for us. The guys were great, and there wasn’t anything more that could have been done. We’re really happy.

Definitely recommend

I was looking for a new car and was just browsing online when I came across a Mercedes A-Class that was being sold. I hadn’t had a Mercedes before, but I thought I’d go and view it anyway. When I got there, I knew I wanted it. It’s a lovely car, and I’m really happy with it. It’s such a nice drive. There were no hidden scratches or anything like that when I saw it in person. It looked exactly the same as it did in the images online. All the staff were friendly, and I would definitely recommend them.

Very helpful

The dealership (The Small Car Company) has been very helpful throughout the process of buying my Honda Civic and with especially with my part exchange. The whole process was good enough for me.

Happy with my purchaseI'm very pleased with my latest purchase of the Ssangyong Musso. I have noticed that the back indicators aren't working and it's unusual for both bulbs to go at the same time, so I'll have to take it to the main dealership to get looked at. The car should have been serviced last September, but I've not got any proof that this has been done, which I'll need to make sure my warranty stays valid. As for the sale on the day, I have no complaints at all.

Other than my AC not working, which could need re-gassing. I'd say everything else with my Honda Civic is fine.

Skoda Yeti 2L Diesel

Service from this company was great. I usually look under any car i'm viewing, however, this was the first time i've been loaned a pair of ramps. Thanks also guys for the swift and helpful delivery which has enabled me to park it while i get full use from my existing vehicle.

Almost perfect

Purchased our new VW Scirocco from The Small Car Company and the service was great. Only let down is it came with one key, and the first replacement sent out was the wrong one.
